The Vines Children's Homes

Witherslack group engaged Symon Construction to build two new timber-framed seven-bedroom children’s homes on an old NHS site which Symon had previously developed many years prior.

Symon worked closely with the client’s project team after a successful tender to work out a new solution for the project after unforeseen site constraints meant significant changes to the design were required.
