Symon are one of the most respected construction organisations throughout Rugby, Warwickshire and the surrounding area.
We have been providing our expert building services for new build & renovation projects for nearly 40 years.

A family-run construction company
The history of the company dates back to the 1970's when brothers Brian Melvin and Fred Melvin began carrying out small building projects in the local area.

As the company grew we moved into Melbros House in Rugby in 1985 and we were incorporated in the same year.
​
Brian is still the Managing Director of the company while his children Lisa Melvin, Ian Melvin and Neil Melvin along with Brian's brother Jim Melvin are now all Directors of the business too.

We employ a number of loyal, locally-based craftsman - many of whom we are proud to say have been with the company for many years.
