This project included the development of third-generation all-weather pitches at Rugby Town FC's Butlin Road ground.

The facility included two fully-floodlit rubber-crumb pitches with a new road accessing the playing areas and parking areas outside the pitches.

The development involved the re-grading of a steep incline into two flat areas before drainage could be installed. The state-of-the-art sports surface requires careful installation and maintenance to give natural ball behaviour and surrounding fences with kick-boards ensure that the facility is secure.
