This project comprised the conversion of derelict former schoolhouse dating back to 1840 into modern office environment for Intec Business College. A stunning glass and polished block main entrance/reception welcomes you while the scheme also featured frameless double glazed units, a new mezzanine floor thoughout and a first floor bridge to link the two buildings together, utilizing an existing Gothic stone arch and replicating the proportions with a new brick Gothic arch.
