Refurbishment and modernisation of 1980s industrial unit to facilitate present-day working methods, health and safety considerations and new machinery in 2008.
The project included major refurbishment to the unit including all necessary mechanical & electrical installations and industrial-specific surface finishes.
The second phase of the project in 2009 involved the installation of a new office space with mezzanine storage above.

Construction of new metal-clad steel-framed structure to house new electrical transformers at Ball Packaging's factory in Rugby. Working to a tight time-frame to allow for the changeover of transformers during the factory's shutdown period, the structure was constructed in a testing environment with the nature of the size of the transformers, the overhead power supply and the switchover logistics.
