Brian Melvin
Managing Director

Brian, along with his brother Fred, founded Symon almost 30 years ago with an ethos of getting the job done on time and to the highest quality achievable. Starting all those years ago with the smallest of alteration jobs, Brian has built up an impressive portfolio for Symon and with his wealth of experience in all areas of construction, he still continues to strive for improvement.

Darren is an integral part of each development - from design to completion - with effective project management skills.

Darren has been with Symon for over fifteen years and is a firm believer in liasing with every client to ascertain each specific need that comes with each different customer and project.

Neil Melvin
Managing Director

Neil has continued the family tradition since graduating from Loughborough University with a Masters degree in Civil Engineering in 2009. Neil has looked over the overall management and financial concerns of the company as well as being a key component in bringing together the supply chain, technical aspects and delivery of the programme for each project.
